Project Investigations
I provide project investigations, reports, recommendations and budgets for a wide variety of construction projects. The investigations involve detailed inspections and record keeping to obtain the data to thoroughly evaluate the critical elements of the situation and prepare a report of conditions, required work and corrective actions. A Budget estimate and scope of work can be prepared for the proposed required work and corrective actions.
Project Management
I provide project documents needed to bid and construct a project and then provide project inspection and documentation services. Each project is different so specifications specific to that project need to be written so contractors can understand the project and provide a realistic bid proposal. I prepare a project schedule and bid documents for organization of the project. After the documents are prepared and the contractor is selected, I oversee the work of the contractors to ensure conformance with all of the specifications and project documents.
Engineering Services
I provide preparation of site plans, building sketches, scopes of work, specifications, permit applications and other project information. I gather the required information and measurements for production of the required plans and specifications. During the design process I review the plans and documents to ensure they will meet the requirements of the project and the owner.
